Live Reel Coach is a free, installable mobile web app for anyone filming a
talking-head reel (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). It watches your
pose and listens to your pace in real time and surfaces one coaching cue at a
time, then shows a scorecard when you stop.

- Free to use, no signup or account required.
- All camera, microphone, and pose-tracking processing happens on-device —
  nothing is uploaded except an anonymous per-take scorecard (three scores
  and a fault count).
- Works as a Progressive Web App: add it to your phone's home screen for a
  full-screen, offline-capable experience after first load.
- Not a native App Store / Play Store app.
